”In the universe, the only constant is change. Everything flows, changes, evolves. Change is therefore the principle that governs reality and in fact, its only constant feature. My work is also changing. I have been inspired by nature for several years, oscillating between landscape and abstraction. In the winter landscape, I was enchanted by the peace and trees covered with snow, often merging into an abstract blur. The last series of works entitled "Whisper" is inspired by water flowing in the river. I focus on trying to capture the landscape reflected in it, the sky, the shadows of the trees, and the flashes of the sun. I don't paint from nature; I compose my paintings by observing nature. The new paintings are a change for me, a step forward - after several years of painting mainly in greys, I am returning to colour. The title of the series refers directly to the delicate, ambient sound of water. What can be written about water? Certainly a lot, but for me it is associated with changeability, transience, transience of the moment and is a carrier of life on Earth and many planets. Staring at a flowing river or a gently rippling lake calms me down".
