Collection: Izabela Kulman

Izabela’s artistic journey began in 2002 when she earned her Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Painting, and Photography from the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz, Poland. During her studies, she actively participated in exhibitions and fashion shows across the country.

In 2012, she became a member of Sklad Doczepiony, a dynamic collective of artists united by a shared passion for creative freedom. Through this collaboration, her work was exhibited widely across Poland. She later expanded her artistic reach, participating in numerous group exhibitions throughout the United Kingdom.

After many years in London, Izabela moved to Kent, where the beauty and tranquility of the ‘Gardens of England’ gave her artistic practice a new depth, inspiration and direction. Her sculptures and paintings capture fleeting moments, transforming the invisible into enduring expressions of form, emotion, and timeless beauty.

Beauty is at the core of my work, whether I'm creating under the influence of raw emotion or drawing inspiration from the natural world. For me, everything is Energy—a fleeting force that I strive to capture in a given moment, giving it shape and a new life.

My paintings are like frames of a film, appearing suddenly and disappearing just as quickly. I allow them to exist for a tiny fraction of a second, preserving their essence before they vanish. Each of my paintings is a reflection of that fleeting beauty, a moment suspended in time where energy and emotion come together to tell a story.
